DyxIA is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This policy explains how we handle data within our educational ecosystem.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our service: parent email addresses (for account management), child profile nicknames, and educational progress data. We do not collect real names, birthdays, or physical addresses of children.
Data is used exclusively to personalize the child's learning odyssey and to provide detailed progress reports to parents via the dashboard. We use anonymized gameplay data to improve our AI diagnostic models.
In accordance with GDPR-K and COPPA, we do not collect any personal data from children without explicit parental consent. Our app is a safe, ad-free environment. We never sell or share user data with third-party advertisers.
We use Firebase (Google) for secure data storage and Google Pay and Apple Pay for processing payments. These partners are compliant with the highest security and privacy standards.
