These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DyxIA educational platform and its associated services, including premium subscriptions.
DyxIA offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Detailed pricing is available within the application. All payments are processed securely via Google Pay and Apple Pay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Upon subscription, DyxIA grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, educational purposes. Any commercial use or redistribution of the content is strictly prohibited.
DyxIA is a pedagogical support tool designed to assist in the learning process. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional follow-up with doctors, speech therapists, or other certified health professionals.
Our linguistic database and AI engines (MARGIN, DAVEN, NOAH) are the exclusive property of DyxIA. Unauthorized copying or "scraping" of this data is a violation of international intellectual property laws.
DyxIA strives for 100% uptime and accuracy, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or minor errors in the generated content.
